Terms and Conditions


Back Orders

If your order includes an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified at the time of order and the item will be forwarded separately within 7 business days.   Out of stock items will be forwarded by ordinary mail/parcel post.  Where the delay is anticipated to be longer than 7 business days, you will be given the option to wait or receive a refund for that item.

Custom Orders
Custom orders (ie colour, fabric) are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.  These orders are not-refundable through Massage Warehouse Australia but may be recovered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery of custom orders will vary according to product.  In most cases large orders such as massage tables will be delivered under separate order direct from the manufacturer.  Delivery costs are charged separately by the warehouse on such items.

International Orders
The correct amount for shipping and handling of international items is based on weight and freight options.  For the purpose of ease, all international orders will be forwarded using Australia Post Economy Air or sea freight according to customer approval.  We will not accept liability for lost international shipments. Customers can request insurance through Australia Post.

When an order is made to the warehouse, you are required to indicate the preferred payment method.  This may be EFT, Credit Card or Cheque/Postal Order.  If your preferred method is Credit Card then details are required to initiate the order process.

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight (cubed volume) and destination.   Some items must be delivered by courier are stated as a fixed delivery cost, ie Massage Tables and some heavier oil purchases.


We offer domestic and international shipping.  We do not include international shipping on the shopping cart as there are restrictions on some products in some countries.

Please call or email for international orders.

If paying by PAYPAL, all goods will be shipped to your registered paypal address.  If you require goods to be shipped to a location that is different to your PAYPAL address, please pay using one of our other payment facilities at checkout.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are either weight-based or cubic weight based. All couriers and Australia Post use this method.  We do not set the charge. 

Shipping Options

All our goods are shipped with tracking numbers.  This is to ensure your goods arrive safely or can be found if misplaced by the carrier.  It also means someone needs to be at home to receive and sign for the order when it arrives.  If the property is unattended, a calling card will be left with details for you to PICK UP at your local Post Office.

If you request an item to be left at the premises, without signing - this means the item will be untraceable.  We cannot tell if it has been delivered, delivered to the right location, and we will not replace the item if it does not 'turn-up'.

 If you still want the item left at your premises, then you must write "NO TRACKING REQUIREDon your order comments.  Adding this  statement will act as your understanding that once we have placed your order in the hands of the carrier, we will take no further responsibility for lost, stolen or missing orders as outlined above, and below.

Missing Parcels

Massage Warehouse uses standard or courier mail deliveries   From time to time these parcels can go astray with carriers.  You need to notify us within 7 days if goods have not been received to enable us to track your shipment with the carrier.  Failure to do so may mean loss of goods.  We do not insure your goods against loss and have no contol over their delivery once despatched through Australia Post or carrier.  If you wish to insure your goods against breakage or loss - you need to advise us at the time of delivery. Insurance is charged at the standard carrier rate.  If you are not going to be available to take receipt of goods - you should indicate your delivery instructions at the time of order. Consumer Information

Your information is kept under a secure database and will not be given or sold to anyone. Upon registration, you will be automatically added to our mailing list, which you may unsubscribe at any time. Massage Warehouse may give additional savings for registered members, however it is not mandatory for us to do so.   For more information see our Privacy Policy. 


All items are checked for condition and quality when they are packed for each order.  Faulty items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. If you have received a faulty item please contact MWA Accounts on +61 (03) 9580 3803 for manufacturer lists and instructions. 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased through our on-line store and will have a valid date of 12 months from the date of purchase.  After this time, if the certificate has not been claimed, the money is forfeited unless the owner of the Certificate contacts Massage Warehouse Australia to request a date extension.

Gift Certificates, when purchased are forwarded by email with the valid date and funds applied to the email address specified by the purchaser.  Purchasers might also wish to followup the gift with the recipient to ensure they are aware of the use policy.
